We have erected dozens of different brand names of metal buildings over the years. During this process we have discovered that not all metal buildings are created equal, but we know what it takes to make them all look good.

Q: Do you travel outside of your area?

A: Yes, we travel all over Northern and Central California. We will go from the Sierra Nevada Mountains to the Pacific Ocean. We travel from the Oregon border to Southern California. We try to stay local around the Sacramento Valley, but we will go where ever our services are needed.

Q: How much do you charge for erecting buildings?

A: The price for  erection varies per project depending on openings (doors, windows, louvers etc.), eve and gable overhangs (soffit),  and pitch of the roof,  (the steeper the pitch the more time it takes to install the roof.)

Our bidding process is by the piece and not by the square foot. The more pieces (columns, rafters, purlins, etc.) the more time and cost.

Q: Do you charge for quotes?

A: No, all erection estimates and buildings estimates are free of charge.

Q: What building do you recommend?

A: We are an authorized Nucor Builder.

Nucor Building Systems provide a quality metal building.

We can build all other brand names of buildings but if there is a manufacturer error then the customer has to pay for the corrections.

VISE Company, working with Nucor, will eliminate all maufacturer complication back charges.
